What we collect
Your name, mobile number, optional email, delivery address and map pin, order details, and how you reached us (e.g. Instagram). Card payments are handled by SkipCash; we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
To prepare and deliver your order, send order updates and tracking links by WhatsApp, answer support requests, prevent fraud, and improve our range. We only send marketing messages if you asked for them (e.g. drop alerts).
Who we share it with
Our riders (name, phone, address for your order only), SkipCash (payment), WhatsApp/Meta (messages), and our hosting providers. We do not sell your data.
Location
Rider location is shared on your tracking page only while your order is out for delivery. Your own GPS location is used only to set your delivery pin.
Retention

Cookies and analytics
We keep our own anonymous visit statistics (pages viewed, searches, cart steps) to run and improve the shop; they never include your name, phone or address. Only if you tap Accept on the cookie strip do we also use Microsoft Clarity (anonymous heatmaps and session replays, with every form field masked), Google Analytics (anonymous visit and order totals, no phone or email) and the Meta Pixel (measures visits and purchases from our Instagram and Facebook ads; for a paid order we may send Meta a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your phone number so the ad can be matched — never your name, address or the number itself). You can change your choice anytime from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of every page.
